The Canadian
Association of Rwandan Youth is a nonprofit and non-political organization
created to empower Youth. CARY- Ottawa is a budding organization whose
membership includes people of Rwandan and non-Rwandan heritage.

CARY-Ottawa’s mission is to
create a network of youth and professional people committed to participate in
mobilizing people, ideas and resources in support and promotion of the Rwandan
Community leaving abroad and offering practical solutions to youthful people
and their problems in Canada.
Our vision is to be an
organization that will give Rwandan youth a voice that shares a passion for
their culture and community in an organized and effective manner.
